It's Mango Season!

Tuesday June 14, 2005
Mangos are eaten all over the world. They love hot and dry weather, so mangos grow exceptionally well in Mexico and have now become a regular part of Mexican Cuisine. During mango season they are sold on the streets in Mexico and are sometimes carved into a flower and served on a stick. Mangos are used in everything from entrees to beverages and they add a wonderful tropical flavor! Try some mango today in this Mango Salsa.
