On a recent visit to Puerto Vallarta I enjoyed a myriad of wonderful dishes. Puerto Vallarta used to be a small fishing village and is quickly developing into a tourist mecca. Early in the morning the boats go out and get the catches for the day. Fish and other seafood is plentiful and the local restaurants provide a wide variety of local fare.
