molcajete_sm.jpg There are many wonderful and unusual cooking utensils used for making authentic Mexican food such as clay pots, comals and the molcajete which is pictured at the left. Some of the items have been replaced with modern day blenders, food processors and non-stick pans, but a lot of cooks still use the traditional forms of preparing food for a real Mexican flavor.
