Versatile Beef

Friday October 28, 2005
abSkirtsteak.jpg There are so many options for this versatile protein. You can have it ground, shredded, roasted, sliced, grilled and more. And once it's cooked, you can use it for tacos, enchiladas, eggs or burritos. The options are endless. One of my favorite uses for beef is Carne Asada, wrapped in corn tortillas with freshly grilled veggies. It makes a wonderful meal for any day of the week.
