Rompope- A Mexican Egg Nog

Wednesday November 30, 2005
rompope.jpg This thick, creamy egg drink is a holiday favorite. If you like your usual egg-nog, try making some Rompope, flavored with almonds and rum. You can garnish it with a cinnamon stick for extra flavor, or a sprinkle of ground cinnamon on top. Enjoy it as an after dinner drink or anytime a festive beverage is called for. Enjoy!

Tomorrow is the beginning of the "Virtual Cookie Exchange", where all of us food guides here at a About.com are going to share our favorite holiday cookie recipes. Enjoy!"
