Panaderia

Saturday March 4, 2006
panaderia.jpg Local panaderias or "bakeries" bake an assortment of breads early in the morning so you can pick up fresh bread all day long. If you're feeling adventurous you can make fresh bread yourself at home. The usual pick is the Mexican favorite Pan Dulce which is slightly sweet and fairly easy to make. And even though Rosca de Reyes is usually made during the holidays, you can enjoy it any time of year. For an easy, crusty roll try these Bolillos which are perfect for sandwiches or a dinner roll. Bake some today and fill your house with the aroma of freshly baked bread.
