Queso Blanco Dip

Monday April 10, 2006
This is not your usual processed cheese and salsa dip! The cheese used is a fresh Mexican cheese called "queso quesadilla" which is a melting cheese. The cheese is flavored with fresh chiles, onions and a bit of cumin for a toasty flavor. Then the taste and texture are rounded out with some crema or sour cream and red bell pepper adds a splash of color and flavor. Pair up this creamy Queso Blanco Dip with your favorite corn chip and you're good to go!
