Mango Piņa Smoothie

Hot summer weather goes so well with the tropical flavors of mango and pineapple. These fruits grow abundantly in warm, humid climates such as Veracruz and Oaxaca. Columbus even tasted his first pineapple on the Mexican island of Guadalupe, so bring some history and tropical flavors to your blender with this cool and refreshing Mango Piņa Smoothie.

I was going to have a mexnight for my firends this weekend, so I have a question in regards to the recipe: Is this just for one person, and I should amp up the yield by 4?
