This creamy custard dessert is cooked and then refrigerated, so it's chilled and perfect for a warm day. It's topped with a homemade caramel sauce that flows over the top and onto the dish for a wonderful presentation. You can't get much more traditional than homemade Flan so enjoy some after your next authentic Mexican meal.
