Light and Refreshing Taco Salad

Wednesday July 19, 2006
Taco Salad If you have any leftover ground beef or shredded chicken, this Taco Salad is a perfect place to use it. Just heat up the leftover meat with some Mexican seasoning (such as a few sprinkles each of cumin, chile powder, onion powder and garlic powder to taste.) Toss on top of the salad and enjoy a hearty and refreshing summer meal.
