Green Chiles Evidence in Mexico traces the chile back to 3500 BC. Chiles are not only used in authentic Mexican dishes, they have also been used in dyes and medicines. They can be used as a vegetable, a sauce or as a flavoring and even as a thickener. I suggest they have a chili-eating contest. That would be fun! Some folks have that and it doesn’t hurt anyone.

Talking about chili-eating contest. We had that contest before and indeed it was fun. You should have seen the faces of the contestants, you will beem with excitement. It is a great suggestion. But if you have something else to do with those chilis then get done with it.
