Taco Salad

If you have any leftover ground beef or shredded chicken, this Taco Salad is the perfect place to use it. Just heat up the leftover meat with some Mexican seasoning (such as a few sprinkles each of cumin, chile powder, onion powder and garlic powder to taste.)
