Rosca de Reyes

Monday December 17, 2007
Rosca de Reyes Rosca de Reyes is a holiday bread that is enjoyed during the Epiphany. It is sweet and and decorated with candied fruits and has a tiny baby Jesus doll inside. Here is a Rosca de Reyes recipe that you can use to make your own. If you're short on time but would still like to enjoy this delicious bread, consider having it delivered. I recently tried some made by El Molino and here is my review.
