Chilorio- a Tender and Delicious Pork Dish

Sunday March 2, 2008
Pork is a versatile meat loaded with protein and it has a mild flavor, suitable for many dishes. If you're tired of your standard pork recipes, liven up your dinner with Chilorio. It's slow-simmered pork that is fork tender, then fried in chile sauce and seasonings. Serve it up with some tortillas for a delicious dinner.
