Chile Cheese Flautas

Friday March 21, 2008
Flautas When you bite into this golden-brown, crispy flauta you are met with gooey, melted cheese with a little kick from the green chiles. Sweet corn adds a subtle sweetness, additional flavor and texture to these delicious Chile Cheese Flautas. Serve them as a main dish, or you can cut them in half for the perfect finger-food.
