Pollo Encacahuatado- Chicken in Peanut Sauce

If you're looking for something unique and delicious, this is the recipe for you. Moist and juicy chicken is the perfect backdrop for a rich and creamy sauce and flavored with peanuts, chile, and garlic, this is not your everyday dish. You have to try Pollo Encacahuatado and you'll be a believer. Make sure to serve up some hot and fresh flour tortillas to sop up the extra sauce with.

Very good recipe and pretty simple to prepare. Everyone liked it. Just one thing though Chelsie; is it possible to also show metric measurements for your Canadian fans?
