Taco Salad
The mercury is still on the rise in many places and on a hot June afternoon, the last thing you need to do is turn on the oven or stove to make dinner. The additional heat in the kitchen isn't fun for anyone especially the cook. But if you're in the mood for Mexican food, try a delicious Taco Salad. You can prepare the meat or poultry in the morning while it's cooler, or use leftover ground beef, shredded chicken or shredded beef. It's a light and refreshing as well as satisfying.
