Basic Esquites

Sunday August 10, 2008
If you love corn, then you will love the simplicity of this classic Mexican corn side dish called Esquites. All you need is the freshest corn you can find, some fresh butter and a bit of water and salt. It is so delicious it is also eaten as a snack and is sold by street vendors so that everyone can enjoy it any time of day.

Do you have another recipe with epazote? I made it once and can’t remember the recipe or where I found it. Thanks
