Plantains with Sweet Cream and Berries

Here is the perfect dessert to end a warm evening-Plantains con Crema. The starchy plantain is glazed with brown sugar and vanilla and slowly baked to soften it and bring out the flavors. Then sweetened cream is drizzled on top and the addition of some fresh berries completes the package.
