Atole- A Delicious Mexican Porridge

Wednesday November 19, 2008
Atole

When you wake up on a chilly morning, a sweet and rich Atole is just what you need to warm up and satisfy your empty stomach. Enjoy the flavors of vanilla and piloncillo, or top it with pureed fresh fruit. My favorite is pureed pineapple and mango, and I'm sure you have a favorite fruit that will make a perfect topping.

Yum, I’d never heard of this before but I know I’d love it. Thanks for introducing me to something new!
