Have you ever seen those wrinkled, dried chiles in the plastic bags at the supermarket? Or how about those chiles that have been made into a decorative wreath? They may look useless at first glance but they are actually used for many delicious recipes. Dried chiles can be re-hydrated and blended, or they can be used to flavor many sauces and salsas. How do you turn those dried-out chiles into something edible? Follow this How to use Dried Chiles tutorial with pictures for each step and find out how to make the most of dried chiles.
