A cool, refreshing drink in hand is pretty much a staple in the sweltering months of summer. Mango and Pineapple fruits grow abundantly in warm, humid climates such as Veracruz and Oaxaca. Columbus even tasted his first pineapple on the Mexican island of Guadalupe, but if a trip to Mexico is not in your near future, bring the tropical flavors to your blender with this cool and refreshing Mango Piņa Smoothie.
