Salsa Verde with Tomatillos and Green Chiles

Green chiles are still in season so take advantage of the fresh flavors with this Salsa Verde. It's a tangy salsa made with tomatillos, garlic, onion and lime and it's about a medium on the salsa heat scale for anyone sensitive to heat. You can even leave out the jalapeno for an even milder salsa.
