Chilied Corn

If you're looking for something to add a little zing to your usual Thanksgiving menu, this Chilied Corn makes a great addition to a delicious Mexican meal or as an addition to your Thanksgiving menu. Sweet kernels of corn with the added heat and flavor of serrano chile and roasted red chile make a great replacement for the North American classic- green bean casserole. A sprinkle of cumin and a few dashes of chile powder round out this delicious veggie side dish.
