Pastel de Tres Leches- "Three Milks Cake"

This creamy cake is served chilled and it makes a delicious summertime dessert. Pastel de Tres Leches or "Tres Leches Cake" is named for the three milks in the recipe, the last one being the pillow of whipped cream that tops it.
