Pan Dulce One of my fans on Facebook, Gina I. is also a fan Pan Dulce which is a slightly sweet bread topped with a colorful sweet topping. It is very popular in Mexico and can be found at any panaderia (Mexican bread shop) in different shapes and colors. It's great for breakfast, an afternoon snack or even an after-dinner treat. And if you need a little extra help making them, I can show you how, step-by-step.

Oh, my gosh! Yes. Dee-li-cious!!! As in, oh-so good!

My faves are chamucos, though. We just discovered them… again… back home, and now I know what they’re called. Delish!

Great articles! Great reading … though I am salivating… hahahaha.
