Easy Baked Tacos
These Baked Tacos are easy to make and it's all done in one dish in the oven, so no frying. In the oven, the shells get golden-brown and crispy and the cheese gets warm and melted. For one of the side dishes, add some chopped, pickled jalapenos to these traditional Refried Beans and top them with some shredded jack cheese. For the other side dish make some Arroz Rojo, a rice dish made with red chile sauce. Pour a tall glass of cold Horchata and enjoy the flavors and textures of this wonderful meal.
