Mexican Piña Colada

Transport yourself to a tropical beach in Mexico when you sip on this delicious and fruity concoction.

Prep Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 8oz light rum
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup pineapple (canned or fresh)
  • 3/4 cup coconut milk (canned or fresh)
  • pinch of ground cinnamon
  • ice to top of blender
  • pineapple chunks for garnish

Preparation:

Blend until ice is smooth and the drink is a fine slush. Pour into frosty glasses and place a couple of pineapple chunks on top. Serve immediately.
