Transport yourself to a tropical beach in Mexico when you sip on this delicious and fruity concoction.
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Ingredients:
- 8oz light rum
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup pineapple (canned or fresh)
- 3/4 cup coconut milk (canned or fresh)
- pinch of ground cinnamon
- ice to top of blender
- pineapple chunks for garnish
Preparation:
Blend until ice is smooth and the drink is a fine slush. Pour into frosty glasses and place a couple of pineapple chunks on top. Serve immediately.
