Quick Side Salad

A great side dish that goes well with just about any main dish. It's got a lot of texture and flavor and will be perfect with your favorite dressing.

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 head of lettuce, shredded
  • 1/2 jicama, peeled and julienned or cubed
  • 2 tomatoes, seeded and diced
  • 1 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup tortilla chips, crunched
  • 1/2 cup cotija, crumbled

Preparation:

Toss all ingredients together with your favorite dressing. Serve immediately.
