Ingredients:
- 1 Bolillo (Mexican Sandwich Roll)
- 1/3 cup Refried Beans
- 1/4 cup shredded queso blanco (or other favorite cheese)
- 1/4 cup salsa or chile sauce (optional)
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Split the bolillo in half lengthwise and spread beans on each side and sprinkle cheese on top of the beans. Bake in the oven for 4-6 minutes until the beans are warmed and cheese is melted. Remove from oven, add salsa or chile sauce if you want and enjoy.
