This guacamole is very creamy and a little more smooth and runny than typical thick guacamoles. Because of it's smoother consistency it makes a great topping for tacos and burritos.
- 3 ripe avocados
- 1/4 cup heavy cream or evaporated milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup crema
- 1 jalapeno coarsely chopped (optional for flavor and heat)
- juice of one lime
Place all ingredients in food processor and pulse until smooth. Use immediatley.
