This is the quickest appetizer you'll ever make. Just one avocado and one minute and you're all set for some delicious guacamole. This guacamole recipe serves 2 for an appetizer.
Ingredients:
- 1 large, ripe avocado
- 1 teaspoon hot chile sauce (Such as Tapatio)
- 1/2 lemon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Preparation:
Cut the avocado in half, lengthwise around the seed, and twist. Scoop out the seed and then scoop the green flesh out of the skin and place in a large bowl. Add the chile sauce and squeeze a bit (approx. 1/2 teaspoon) of lemon juice on top and sprinkle on the salt. Using a fork, mash the ingredients together until smooth. Serve immediatly.
