A sweeter version of a traditional Mexican snack with bread and beans.

Ingredients:
- 1 bolillo
- 2 tablespoons cold butter
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Preparation:
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Split the bolillo in half lengthwise. Mix the cinnamon and sugar and sprinkle equal amounts on each half of the bread. Cut the butter into small chunks and dot them on top of the cinnamon sugar mixture. Bake for about 8 minutes.
