Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups turkey, diced into cubes
- 4 large tomatoes, seeded and diced
- 4 red chiles, roasted, seeded and diced
- 3 tablespoons fresh oregano, chopped
- 1/4 cup onion, finley diced
- 1/4 cup red chile sauce
- 6 green olives, chopped
- 1 tablespoon oil
- juice of one lime
Preparation:
Heat oil in a medium frying pan and warm all ingredients for 10-15 minutes until liquids are reduced to a medium-thick sauce. Salt to taste and top sopes.
