Ingredients:
- 2 14ozcans vegetable broth
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, peeled and chopped
- 1 tomato, seeded and diced
- 1 tablespoon oregano
- 1 tablespoon chile sauce
- 1/3 cup corn, fresh or frozen.
- 2 cups leftover turkey, shredded into bite-size pieces.
- 4 tablespoons cream (optional)
