- 1 block of queso blanco or panela
- 1/2 cup oil
Cut cheese into sticks about 2-3 inches long and 1/2 inch thick. Heat the oil in a small frying pan over medium/high heat. Carefully place each stick in a row in the oil. After 10 seconds of frying flip to the other side. Remove from pan and place on paper towel to drain. Top as you like!
- Garlic Bread flavor- Lightly sprinkle garlic powder on top
- Funnel Cake flavor- Sprinkle with powdered sugar and spread your favorite jam on top.
- Jalapeno Popper flavor- Spread cream cheese on top and sprinkle finely chopped jalepenos on top
