Prep Time: 20 minutes
Ingredients:
- 5 large, fresh tomatoes
- 1/4 cup of chopped onion
- 1 serrano chile
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 teaspoon salt
Preparation:
Remove the stem and core from each tomato and scoop out the majority of the seeds and discard. Remove the papery skin from the garlic cloves. Remove the stem from the serrano chile.Place all of the ingredients in a food processor and blend at low speed for just a few moments until only small chunks remain. Chill until ready to serve.
