- 1/2 of a large white onion
- 3 large cloves of garlic
- 1 mild green chile (Anaheim, New Mexico or California)
- 6-8 medium yellow tomatoes
- 1 bunch of cilantro (approx. 2 cups of loosely packed leaves)
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 2-3 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice
A food processor is used in this recipe, but you can chop the ingredients if you choose.
